At Boss Cosmetics, your beauty experience is our priority. To ensure every client receives the best care and attention, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment.

 

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, within 30 days of the original booking.
• Once this free rescheduling option has been used, your deposit will be retained. A new appointment must then be booked and secured with a new deposit.
• Late cancellations, failure to cancel or reschedule on time, and missed appointments may result in the full treatment price being charged.
• No-shows without prior notice may result in being placed on our blacklist until the outstanding balance has been paid.

 

• Please arrive on time so we can provide every client with the attention they deserve.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late incur a €10 late fee.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and the full treatment price will still be charged.

The following additional fees apply where relevant:

• Sunday surcharge: €10.
• Squeeze-in appointments: €15.
• Early or late appointments: €15 for appointments before 10:00 or after 20:00.
• Holiday surcharge: Additional fees may apply on specific dates announced in advance.
• Multiple fees may apply to the same appointment when applicable.

 

• Please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, oils and glue residue. A €5 cleansing fee applies if your lashes are not clean.
• Please do not wear contact lenses during your appointment.
• Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance via WhatsApp.
• Please select the correct treatment, refill and any desired add-ons when booking. This ensures sufficient time is allocated to your appointment and helps us avoid unnecessary delays, additional costs or cancellations due to a tight schedule.

 

Payments can be made in cash or via Tikkie.

• Tikkie payments: A €2.50 administration fee applies to all payments made via Tikkie.
• Cash payments: Please bring the exact amount, as change is not available.

 

• Completed treatments are non-refundable.
• Please check your results carefully before leaving. Adjustments will be made during the appointment wherever safely and reasonably possible.
• Once you have approved your lashes and the appointment is completed, any changes requested afterwards may require a separate correction appointment.
• In the event of an allergic reaction, lash removal will be provided free of charge.

 

If you consent to content creation, you also grant Boss Cosmetics permission to use the agreed content across our social media platforms.
